This privacy policy explains how Söksmart collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our contact form. We respect your privacy and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

When you contact us through the form we collect the data you submit:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Anything you write in the message field

We do not collect personal data via cookies, analytics or other tracking technologies.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your personal data to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and discuss our SEO services
  • Take steps prior to a potential business relationship, where relevant

Legal basis:
Legitimate interest — handling inbound client enquiries and operating our business (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If no business relationship follows, the data is deleted no later than 12 months after the most recent contact.

Sharing

We never sell your personal data. Your data may be shared with the following processors acting on our instructions:

  • Resend — our email delivery provider, processing data under a data processing agreement.

Any transfer of personal data outside the EU/EEA is carried out in line with GDPR, using approved safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish supervisory authority IMY, www.imy.se.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or unlawful processing. All communication between your browser and our website is encrypted (HTTPS).
